2000 Chevy Blazer Coolant Leak

Recently changed out the thermostat. Leaking Coolant below the thermostat housing along the front of the engine. Not sure if its coming from the water pump. Definately not coming from the Thermostat housing. I checked under the vehicle for several days and saw nothing but then left the car sit for about 30 or so hours and there was antifreeze under the car. Dripping on the ground. Could it be possible that its the head gasket? Hoping its just the water pump.

Pressure test it, Autozone will rent you the tester and refund the fee when you return the tester, pump up the tester to match the psi rating on the cap, it will expose what leaks, can be hoses, pump or even a freeze plug.
