2000 Chevy Blazer car radio

I was installing a aftermarket jensen head unit and then I accendently touched two two wires together and it sparked then after the spark I wired it up and notice it wouldnt turn on. Then I hooked up my old on and still wouldnt work so im thinking it was probaly a fuse or somthing that blew plz help me figure out whats wong

Hello, you didn't say if you check the fuses or not. I would first check the fuse box on the instrument panel. If appears that you should check fuses 12, 19, and 24. Look at the cover really good, it might actually say one that is radio. Check those and let us know.
