2000 Chevy Blazer Brakes Lockup

I am Having Trouble with My Chevy S-10 Blazer front Brakes.When I slowly slow down, my brake calipers seem to get stuck and will stay stuck, but bought new brake calipers and that is not the Problem, Already had Brakes lines cleaned out and that's not the problem, so if anybody knows what else it may be or if had the same problems and fixed it please message back.Thanks
