1999 Chevy Blazer turns over but wont start

I have a 1999 chevy blazer that died while I was driving I replaced the fuel filter distributer cap& rotor checked fuel pressure and I have 10lbs, when I turn the key on you can here the pump come on for a few seconds then shut off. Also it turns over fine just wont start I tried pouring some gas in the throttle body and it started and ran for a few seconds any suggestions?

Type of fuel system: TBI or MPFI-if its a TBI your fuel pressure is okay-MPFI its too low-

You can try checking for injection pulses from the injector/s. No injection-could be the computer ground drivers for the injector/s or power to the injector/s the computer could be missing the ignition reference signal

The fuel pressure should be 60-66psi
