Engine accelerates when change gear, from P to drive. The odd thing is that it only does it for a couple of seconds. Probably for about 10-30 seconds.

Does it have a check engine light on? Do you know if there is a vacuum leak

No the check engine light is not on, it works but it does not stay on. By the way, how would I check for a vacuum leak?

You would need a scan tool to read what the fuel trims are reading. I would also take a look at the MAF sensor and see what that is reading. Does your transmission slip at all when you are driving
