Where the PCV valve mounts on the Valve covered gasket mounted on the motor, there is a connection with a small hose running to the driver side near the finder. At this point there is another connection where the hose connects to a "T" shaped stem. It seems there was another hose connection running from the top of the "T" shaped stem, but I do not know where on the vehicle this hose connects. The reason I suspect this "T" shaped connection to be the problem, is because when I replaced the hose running from the base of the PCV valve connection on top of the valve covered gasket, the top of that "T" shaped stem had a piece rotten hose attached to it.
