1998 Chevy Blazer Heat always on

With all ac/heat controls and fan on off, temp select on coolest, heat still emits from vents. Adding fan just adds full heat, even with temp control on coolest. This happened without warning, so I suspect a single part malfunction. Any suggestion as to what to replace? Thanks

This is a normal condition for a blazer. It has done this all along and you probably just have not noticed it. If it is stuck on heat when the fan is on and the temp is set on cold, then you probably have a bad temp actuator.
