Why wont the rear window wiper work?

Hello, did you check the fuses? Park/lamps fuse 20 amp, hot all the time. Radio fuse 20 amp, goes hot when you turn on the key. My info shows those fuse circuits supply feed to the rear wiper. Check the fuses and that the fuse circuits are hot, when they should be.

There is also a ground circuit and a cutout switch for that motor.
