1999 Chevy Blazer Four Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

The rear windshield wiper is turns very slowley or sometimes not at all. I replaced the motor assembly with a refurb part but still no luck?

Suggestions?

If your washer works when the rear wiper doesn't, replace your wiper cutout switch.
