What did you change when you did the tune up? Did you use A/C Delco plugs and wires? Did you do a tune up because of this problem or did this problem start after the tune up?

My expierence has showed me that, for some reason, A/C delco plugs and wires are the only type to use in these engines. It is a vortec right?
Make sure that all the vaccume lines are connected especialy the PCV valve line. You may have accidentaly knocked off a vaccume line.
