1997 Chevy Blazer ignition problem

My ignition switch was turn on and off 5 times while they where trouble shhoting fuel pressure and all of the sudden the dash lights wont come on and I can get the vehicle to start, it will crank and I have other lights except for dash lights, I left the ignition on for a while and the dash lights came on and I was able to start, but the problem persist and I narrow it to either a start switch, ignition coil or ignition module wich one will help this problem?
