Would like to know where the Bank 1, Sensor 2 - O2 sensor is located on my 1996 Chevy Blazer

Bank 1 is the side with the number one spark plug onthe same side. Sensor 2 would be after the catalytic converter and sensor 1 would be before the converter.

Your number one spark plug is indicated below.
