ON MY TRUCK I HAVE A TIRE HOWL NOISE IN THE FRONTEND REAL BAD WHEN GOING 50-70 MPH WHEN I TURN RIGHT IT QUITS TURN LEFT AND THE NOISE IS STILL THERE ALSO WHEN GOING 50-70 AND HIT BUMPS ON INTERSTATE THERISE AND FALL OF THE TRUCK ALSO STOPS THE NOISE COULD THIS JUST BE SOME BAD SHOCKS ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS JEFF

Sounds more like a bad wheel hub assembly.

Check your right front wheel bearing - it may need to be replaced.
