1996 Chevy Blazer did tune up now engine seems to miss

I did a tune up on my blazer a few days ago and know the the engine almost sounds as if its missing. I did have the firing order wrong for a minute or to but after I fixed it the problem is still there. It's like its backfiring during acceration and theres a loop at idle.

Need to find out which cylinder is missing. Start it cold and let it run for just a few minutes, use a water spray bottle on the exhaust ports to see which one is the coldest (water doesnt evaporate) and go from there. You may have cracked a spark plug
