1995 Chevy Blazer universal joints

Ok I bought I 95 chevy blazer and the guy said the rear u joins need to be replaced. Is this something me and my step dad ( retired mechanic) can do? Because I dont really have the money to take it to the shop. Thanks

Your step dad should be able to do this easy, its an easy job for any mechanic to do.

Hi there,

You should only need a copper hammer and a bench vice, also a screw driver or cir clip pliers to remove any locking clips.
