the master cylinder is full of fluid with no leaks there or in wheel callipers or drums. When brake pedal is pushed brake pedal drops lower than usual towards floor and loss of good braking.

Hi there,

The symptoms are consistent with a by-passing master cylinder, fluid is by-passing the primary cup allowing the pedal to sink and low brake pressure is a result.
