1995 Chevy Blazer Engine cuts out

Just bought this car and have been test driving it for a week with no problems. All the sudden I would take a turn and the engine just gives out and turns off. I restarted the car easily and I would go not even a mile and it woud do the same thing. Mostly right after I take a turn. There is a weird whistling type noise comming from under the car but I cant find out exactly where.

Have you checked the fuel pump pressure? Also, could the whisteling sound be coming from a belt? Take a small amount and pour it on the belt when it's running. See if that changes the sound. NOTE: the water may splash at you so protect your eyes.
