1994 Blazer severe miss low speed high speed fine

Hi I have a 1994 Chevrolet Blazer with a 3 Vortec engine. It reportedly has had new wires and plugs. O2 Sensor and fuel filter recently.

The problem is a severe low speed miss or miss under load. It seems to idle ok. At speeds above 50 you can punch it and it accelerates fine with no noticeable miss

Any suggestions appreciated

I am not an expert, but I would check the fuel line do a pressure test on the fuel line, to check the fuel pump then check the mass oxygen sensor.
