1993 Chevy Blazer crank but wont turn over

Fuel pump, spider replaced fuel filter new. Getting spark still wont start. Will run a little with starter spray.

Does it run fine with starter fluid or does it almost want to run but doesnt. You might have just fouled the spark plugs.
