1992 Chevy Blazer V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

When I start my truck the rpms are up very high like on the 2rpm, then goes back down but not where it should be and it kinda smells like gas. And as your driving it, it pulls you along right at about 20 mph. That's not normal. Could it be the throttle body sensor? If so where is it located?

Could be a stuck cable from the gas pedal to the throttle, or if the service engie soon light is on read the codes.
Cross the "a" and "B" terminals as shown, then turn the key on. Count the flashes, a 22 will flash as 2 flashes then a short pause, then 2 flashes, if more than one code is stored, the pause will be longer. The codes will display three times and end with 12. Write them down and post here. This connector is right under the middle of the dash...
