1986 Chevy Blazer Long time to turn over and won't stay run

1986 Chevy Blazer V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 130K miles

My k5 takes forever to turn over and once running stalls out with in 5 mins or if I put it in gear. Yesterday it ran fine.

Check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge could be the fuel pump failing before we can continue comeback with the fuel pressure readings this is where we start.
