1995 Chevy Beretta Water getting in

Water is collecting on the driver's side floor and saturating the carpet from underneath I believe. Seems to be just that one area. Also ALL the windows fog up quickly inside even if I drive it a short 2-3 minutes. Any ideas why?

Windshields leaking and maybe side glass in back I have water in all my floor boards

Oh iforgot to tell you get a squeegy it helps alot until you find your leak if your lucky its your weather strip thats on the doors
