1995 Chevy Beretta Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 145000 miles

My question is, What could be causing my car to just go dead after riding anywhere from 15 min. To 1 hour. After letting it set for about 20 to 30 minutes, it will start as if nothing was wrong.

I would check what's missing when it dies out for fuel and spark-one of this is gonna be missing.
