You have air locked in your water system. Those motors are for what people call air locked which means in your water lines somewhere you have air. The way to fix this loosen your bleeder valve and leave it loosened until coolant starts coming out of it it may spit and sputter the coolant out for a few mintues but let it do this until you have a constant stream of coolant then tighten the valve back down.
