I have same problem of water evaporation. I have not seen any leak and look it is a manufacturing problem, please reply.

depending on what engine you have you mav have a leak around the two coolant plugs to a coolant passage under the valve cover i have run in to it a few times the fix is to remove the plugs apply thread sealant and reinstall i beleive the torque is 76 ft-lbs hope this helps
