Will start but won't idle

Negative cable on battery was unhooked and after it was reconnected the truck won't run right. It won't idle, will stay running as long as foot is on the gas and will drive on the interstate fine. Have been told the computer has to relearn how to drive but it hasnt so far.

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak or the throttle bore needs service these guide will help us fix the problem.
