Power Steering and Power Brakes

I have a 97 Chevy Astro Van. I suddenly lost my power steering and power brakes. I need to take it to the dealer tomorrow and I don't want them to take advantage of me since I'm a woman. What should I expect to have to have done to fix my problem?

To lose both usually means the power steering pump has failed. GM used a hydro-boost system in some astros that uses p/s pressure for brake boosting. Great for a big truck with real low vacuum, never really understood the need on a mini-van.
