Radio started to have engine noise and at same time when engine is running cell phone will loose all antena cignal pull over and shut off engine and cell cignal returns too full power have had this to 5 different places they all cant believe it and have no advise please help

First I dont know bout the cell phone thing, but the enging noise you hear is a bad ground, unless you have a amplifier hooked up to speakers, then it could mean that your power wire to your amp is too close to your RCA cables. Check try that out and see how it works out for you
