2002 Chevy Astro Fuel system problem

The engine had a misfire issue and it probably was due to a Cracked lower intake manifold gasket. I had changed the radiator, belts, gasket and thermostat. Now the Engine will not start. I have used a coid to check the fuel sending relay attached to the top of the intake manifold. I am getting pulses when attempting to start the van except from cylinder one. There is power going to the female connectors of cylinder one but no pulse to signal cylinder one to pump fuel. What can I do?

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
