I need know how to adjust the idle arm and what to do abuot the shocks my tires are wearing very fast and I need new ones every couple weeks

If the idler arm is loose, som GM model are able to be tightened, some cant. But tires only get scolloped from bad shocks, this is bumps on the surface of the tires, if your tire wear is smooth outer or inner edges wearing out, from end parts and alignment is the cure. I hate to ask if these are the original shock? if yes REPLACE them with your other repairs.
