2000 Chevy Astro The heater is only blowing on the floor

2000 Chevy Astro Four Wheel Drive Automatic 166, 00 miles

I turn the switch that changes where the heat should be blowing, but is doesn't change. It only blows on the floor no matter what position the switch dial is on on. How do I fix this problem?

It sounds like your blend door actuator may have some problems. This piece is located behind the dash and it controls where the air flow is directed. It could be stuck in one position, blocking air flow to the other vents.
