Thanks for Great advice on changing pesky and often broken fuel pump. One mech said he pays $70 online instead of $270 at parts store. Well its $427 here in Hawaii Yeah, Right. Could ya recommend several aftermarket replacement dealers please? I may be forced by price to get a chinese knock-off.I would rather buy U.S.A, but I have no job now. Got get my work truck back on the road. Tanx. Mahalo Joe

I have replaced my 2000 astro pump 5 times. Rockauto. Com has a reasonable priced pump but also there is a repair kit on ebay

search for auction called FUEL PUMP REPAIR KIT 2000-2005 CHEVY ASTRO VAN MU1375

he wants 19.95!
