2000 Chevy Astro Misfire on cyl #4

Change motor, dist, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, still misfires on cyl 4, checked harness with noid light, no power to #4 injector. The only code is a misfire on #4 cyl. Code 304
What are the possible causes, and could it be the pcm?

Sounds like PCM injector driver on no.4

Do I need to replace the pcm?

Check the light blue and black wire on no. 4 inj. Harness for open or short if okay replace the PCM

Thanks for the help, it ended up being a broken wire.
Luck for me it was close to the pcm.
