Check engine light has come on with codes p0300, p0301 and p1345. The following components have been changed plugs, wires cap, rotor. Camshaft sensor, ignition coil, ignition control module. Tests have been performed and the spark is present at idle, disappears at off idle and returns when approaching 1/2 to wid open throttle. When the camshaft sensor was replaced the learn process was performed. I still have the misfire problem. What am I missing.

There should be no movement GM says if movement replace dist. The movenent throws timing off and the code is set the other codes because of this. You may want to have it checked out but by all you have replaced there is not much left.
