My power locks are not working and when I try to replace the fuse they pop before its all the way in this begain when I took the jack out of the build in jack space also the hatchback wont unlock with the key or remote but the doors will unlock. Whats wrong and how can I fix this

If the fuse pops that fast, there has to be a dead short. If it started when you removed the jack, check to see if there is any wiring in that area that may have been damaged.
