How do I release the tensioner to change the serpentine belt. I thought I would suprise my husband and do this task for him. WOW! I do not know at all how to release that tensioner. I have the belt threaded and everything. But releasing that belt, I have no clue and have tried everything I know.

If your tensioner looks like the picture, you use the proper socket and ratchet or proper size wrench on the bolt head. The arm is spring loaded, you pull.
