Hello! My heating/AC is stuck on the Defrost setting where air only blows up on the windshield and out the side vents that blow in the side windows. I have replaced the control panel, checked all fuses, tried manually moving the damper/solenoid that is located on the passenger side in front of the passengers right knee. Before tearing more apart, do you have an idea of where the issue is? Thanks- Gary 612-991-9374

Stuck door actuator causes that problem, or a binding in the system for the door.

Definitely not a door problem. How could a door actuator affect the air conditioning?

The vacuum hose off the engine intake manifold was cracked and broken, so the control panel had no vacuum to it. I spliced the line and everything worked.

That is good you fixed it. There was no vacuum.
