I'm having a battery drain when the van is parked. After some checking I find that the clock and accessories are working after the key is taken out. Is this the ignition switch or something else?

If the accesories are staying on then yes it could be the ignition switch. What you should do is remove the positive battery cable and hook up a meter to read amps in series with the cable and battery and measure the amp draw. You shoudl have hardly any to none. If its high pull one fuse at a time making note where they go untill the current flow stops. What did you find?
