When I turn the key I hear a clicking sound and van does not crank. I can start van by removing the relay in the fuse relay bos and manually connecting the pins with a wire. I have replaced batterty, solenoid, starter, and alternator, Sometimes it starts and sometimes it just clicks.

When you do this,do you use the ignition switch?
Jumping the relay terminal A6 to B4 that has a purple wire will cause the starter to engage the engine. Is this the case?

Either the ground side of the coil on relay is open or the relay is defective-check and test
