1996 Chevy Astro Belt Noise

I have a changed the belt twice. I have changed the belt tension pulley, the idler pulley, the power steering pump, water pump, alternator and air conditioning pump and still have a belt nosie coming from the enigine. Any ideas?

Remove the belt and start the car, is the noise gone? If yes, spin the A/C pulley, any grinding or roughness means the bearing pressed into the pulley is no good, you can buy a used compresor at a junkyard, and change just the pulley without opening the system. I see you say you changed the a/c comp. Let me know if the noise is gone with belt off, the only other part is the harmonic balance, it has a rubber damper in the middle of the steel parts. You didnt say if you checked the water pump?
