I would start by checking for codes, heres a way to do so without the OBD code scanner, you will need a paper clip or something close to it as a jumper wire.

Place a jumper wire between terminals A and B of the diagnostic connector, located just under the steering column, pointing staight out. Turn the key on and after the initial 12 code ( flash, pause, flash, flash), you can count the flashes to retrieve the error codes. Ex. *** ** Equals 32. Each code will show 3 times. When 12 returns, you have retrieved all the stored codes.

Get back with me on your results and we will start from there.

Ok so as I said I took the car to the shop to have the fuel pump fixed so now it wines really loud and sounds like an ems siren I think they installed it wrong cause it should not be that loud. Do you think that if it was installed wrong that would cause my car to die all the time?

From my experience a loud fuel pump usually means its going bad, you should not even be able to hear the fuel pump so easly when in good condition. I recommend having a different mechanic check your fuel pressure for proper specs which is between 55 to 60 psi, above or under means a fault is present. It sounds as if the fuel pump is over working. I would hate for you to be stranded on the road if it quits on you which is sometimes how this happends.
