Air Conditioning problem
1995 Chevy Astro 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 134K miles

I want to purchase this used van, but the couple said it runs great no other problems in great shape. The man said it has a rear Aircond. Unit too, He thought it had a leak in the line going to the rear. How much would it cost for me to get it fixed? I would like your advice. They only want 1999.00 or best offer. It would be great if it's not too much. Thanks

Without knowing what is wrong, it's hard to say. I don't imagine it would be more than 3 or 4 hundred to fix, but I can't be sure. Does the front ac work? Also, see if they will absorb the aprox repair cost. Offer them 1500 or 1600. At least you'll have some money to work with if you need it.
