1994 Chevy Astro oil

Just bougth this van I put the dip stick and the oil
a milk yellow. Dose this mean the block is cracked?

Its either that or the most likely things are a blown head gasket or the heads are cracked.

Perform a compression test to see if its the heads/head gaskets or the block or intake manifold.
