Hello, when was the last time you had a tune-up. A misfire can cause a vibration. Just about anything can cause a misfire, fuel--spark--vacuum leak, several things.

Can you check for codes? Anything?

Hello, if your datalink connector has 12 cavaties like the picture, you can access trouble codes, if there are any. Use a jumper wire between the A & B terminals, turn the key to on, no crank, the check engine lite starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes.

Also, I'm not sure of your vehicle vin? Vin W is the spider fuel system, that system is noted for problems. If it is a misfire problem, I can't tell if it is spark or fuel, maybe something else?
