the high ball joint broke the other day i was wondering how do i take it off.

You have to get rid of those 4 rivets.

I have the best luck using a flat chisel and a hammer to remove just the head of the rivet.
Some people prefer to drill or grind them off.

The new ball joint will probably come with 4 bolts and nuts to put it on with.
