I have a 1992 Chevy Astro Van. When it was running, the engine was constantly "jumping" when I drove it. It even did it when it was parked and running. Eventually, the engine died completely and although the engine would turn over, it would not start. Funny thing is, the ECM2 fuse continues to blow every time I try to crank the engine. Replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, checked all wiring for damages (none found), checked all other fuses in panel (no others blown). Can somebody please tell me what could be causing this?

What is your vin? I think the vin Z and the vin W are wired a little different. My info shows the ecm/bat fuse supplies voltage for the pump circuit. Can you tell how many amps the pump is drawing? Can you check fuel pressure without cranking the engine

Can you communicate with the computer, are there any codes? With the key on, no crank, will the pump prime, without blowing the fuse? Have you tried running the pump at the prime connector, if you try that, use an inline fuse on the jumper.

I can't tell what you have going on without asking questions.
