1991 Chevy Astro High idle when cold

HI. Have a 4.3 Vortec engine in sound mechanical condition, idles smooth, no oil consumption to speak of, but idles very high when cold, prob over 1500 RPM. Have check hoses, gaskets etc, (Replace most TBI gaskets).
Witch Hunter has also cleaned injectors, they are perfect now.

Thats completely normal for a high idle in winter cold weather. It does that so the vehicle takes less time to warm up and run more effiecently for you. That is what one of the functions of the IAC module is for.
