Engine stops running at idle and driving. I replaced throttle body and PCM checked wiring to throttle body and accelerator pedal position sensor found no problems.

It may need to be, but lets put this on hold until tomorrow. I will dig into this more and give you my best idea of where to go next. I do not want to guess, I would much rather give you the best path to take next so you are not wasting money and time if that is okay with you. Deal? We will figure this out.

Ok so what I found is that the U0300 code is software level related and will interfere with the electronic throttle by wire system that you have, which is why you are getting the P2105 throttlebody code. Considering you have replaced the ECM I think is safe to say yes the ECM needs to reprogrammed with the correct software level so there is proper communication to the throttlebody motor from the pedal position sensor and the ECM.
