About a month ago my check engine light came on saying my 02 sensor was bad in bank 1 sensor 2. The sensor was replaced and the code was cleared. Went to drive the car and in less than three miles the check engine light came back on saying the exact same code. A cheater was then put on and the valve was replaced and it still is saying the 02 sensor is a problem. Was told to drive it and see if it reset drove for over 200 miles and it still is on. I’m at a complete loss at this part and even my technician said he doesn’t know what the issue is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello thanks for using 2CarPros.

it seems you have oxygen sensor 2 bank 1 wiring problem because sensor is already replaced, you can see the sensor activation by using scanner live data,if no reading probably you have wiring problem.
check our guide for test:
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-an-oxygen-sensor-02-sensor
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-an-oxygen-sensor-works

Check the wiring diagrams fig 1,2,3,check wires from oxygen senor connector to engine control unit.
check resistance sensor connector pin 1 to PCM pin 47
check resistance sensor connector pin 3 to PCM pin 41
check resistance sensor connector pin 4 to PCM pin 24

Sensor connector pin 2 is a common wire with other oxygen sensors if the problem is from it you get all four sensors fault.
Check PCM location at fig 4.
Let us know what happens with you.
Thank you.
