Check engine light - P2097 code?

Car runs very rough, spudders during acceleration. P2097 code. Says Down stream fuel trim system 1 rich.
Wondering how I get to that and replace?

Hello, before replacing the sensor, since you have a scan tool, you should be able to go in a look at the live engine computer(ECM) data and we want to see what the voltage reading is for the Bank 1 Sensor 2(rear)B1S2. I will post a diagram of where the sensor is as well, but oxygen sensors can end up with their voltage reading being either stuck high or low. It may be a defective sensor, wiring issue, or potentially a failing Catalytic converter, but thankfully its not setting a code for that yet.

Here are the diagrams for the B1S2 oxygen sensor location. Along with the wiring diagram if there happens to be damaged wiring under the vehicle.
